STEP 01

Customer fills in their details

Send your customers to your branded returns website. To start the returns process, the customer needs to enter either their email address or order number and zip code.

STEP 02

Decide which items to return

Customers can go over their order and decide which product(s) they want to return. After choosing the products to return they just need to enter the correct item quantity, choose the reason for return from the drop-down menu and enter any other details about the product.

STEP 03

Print shipping labels
